How to schedule counseling or hypnosis therapy
Initial intake
Call our office to schedule an intake appointment. During the intake, administrative staff will collect basic information, verify insurance if applicable, and provide initial forms for completion.
Intake typically includes a brief screening of needs, a discussion of confidentiality and consent, and scheduling of the first clinical session.
Telehealth and in-person options
We offer in-person sessions at our Killeen location and telehealth sessions when clinically appropriate. Telehealth requires a private, secure location and reliable internet access.
Insurance and payment
We verify benefits on request but recommend contacting our office to confirm coverage details. Clients are responsible for co-payments and non-covered services.
Confidentiality
Counseling and hypnosis therapy are bound by confidentiality policies and HIPAA protections. Exceptions are limited to legal requirements to report risk of harm or abuse.

Practical tips for first-time clients and students
Bring a list of questions
For counseling intake, prepare a short list of concerns and goals to help clinicians tailor care.
Allow time for assessments
Initial counseling sessions may be longer to gather background and create a treatment plan.
Keep certification records
For CPR and BLS, keep your certification card on file for employer documentation and renewal reminders.

We maintain secure records for training and clinical services. If you prefer minimal email communication or have specific privacy preferences, inform our staff and we will accommodate your requests.
